Delivery in New Zealand is usually within 5 working days of receipt of order. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability. We will advise you if an order is to be delayed. Please let us know if you require your purchase urgently and we will work with you try to ensure this happens.

We use Fastway Couriers for all our New Zealand deliveries.

Our standard NZ nationwide delivery charge is

• $7 for all non-rural orders up to $149.95
• $10 for all rural orders up to $149.95
• free delivery (in NZ) for all orders over $150

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at Checkout.

Rural delivery can take an additional 2-3 days from dispatch date, depending on your local Rural Delivery driver.

We use a non-signature required service, which means the courier driver will leave your package in a safe place if you are not home to receive your item. Please make a note with your order if you have specific delivery instructions for the driver.

International Deliveries

Our International parcels are sent by New Zealand Post and take between 7-10 working days to arrive.

All orders to Australia are charged at a flat rate of $12.

All orders to international countries excluding Australia are charged at a flat rate of $22.

We are unable to track International deliveries as we do in New Zealand. In the unlikely event your parcel goes missing we will do all we can to locate it.

General Information

Orders are packed and shipped on either the same day or the next business day, depending on when your order is received. If your order is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible and advise the expected delivery time. You are most welcome to choose an alternative product or cancel your order if you wish to do so.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and again when it has been dispatched. Please ensure you give us a valid and frequently accessed email address. If you do not receive an email reply within 24 hours, please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder and/or log in to your Pregoli Account to confirm your order status on line.
