Baby showers are a fun way to celebrate your pregnancy with your friends and family. Baby showers offer you a chance to get together, party and get excited about your soon to be baby boy or girl!

A real challenge at a baby shower! The name of the game is to avoid saying the word “baby”. At the start of the shower each women gets a length of lace with 10 coloured baby nappy pins. Whenever someone is caught out saying “baby” the person who caught them gets one of their pins. A prize goes to the women with the most pins at the end of the shower.
A few jars of baby food and a lot of ice-block sticks and you have a fun game! Simply peel the labels off the jars, sit in a circle with a piece of paper each and ask everyone to try to guess the flavours. The person who guesses the most flavours correctly wins.
This is run the same way as any trivia game, except the quiz is based entirely on baby trivia questions. Points are given for right (or the closest) answers to questions such as ‘how many diapers does a baby go through in a year?’
Ask your guests to bring a baby picture of themselves and display them at your shower. Ask everyone to write under the photo who from the baby shower they think it is. The person who guesses the most number correctly wins!
Put 12 baby related items on a tray and cover it with a cloth. Take the cloth off the items for one minute before recovering them and asking everyone to write down as many items as they can remember.
