I need to return an item

If you need to return or exchange an item, please read this page carefully to ensure your return is handled correctly.

At Pregoli, not only do we want you to love our products as much as we do, we also aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. From time-to-time things go wrong and you may need to arrange a return. This page should help you determine what's covered. For the full returns policy wording, please click here.

I've changed my mind no longer want the item I ordered

Change-of-mind items can be returned  as long as the item is unused, in original condition and returned within 14 days of purchase date for items shipped to NZ addresses (and 28 days for non-NZ addresses).

The shipping for the return will  be at the cost of the buyer.

Returns that were shipped for free, will be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated at 5% of full retail price for each returned item (IMPORTANT - If returned item was on sale or discounted, we use the original price to calculated the restocking fee, not the reduced price).

A 20% cancellation fee will also apply to any returns of layby items.

Once we have the item in hand we will assess the item and if it is in its original condition you will receive a refund, less restocking fee (if any).

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, all items can be exhchanged for a different style, size and/or color if we have stock available. The standard returns policy and conditions apply. To exchange an item, follow the 'How do I return/exchange an item?' procedure below.

The item I received is not the item I ordered

If we made a mistake, we will provide you with prepaid return label for you to return the incorrect goods. Email info@pregoli.co.nz, subject "Incorrect Orders" to report incorrect orders.

The item I ordered arrived faulty

Email info@pregoli.co.nz subject "Faults" and attach a photo and a brief summary to demonstrate the fault. We will provide you with instructions once we've discussed the issue with the supplier.

How do I return/exchange an item?

  1. Log into your Pregoli Account.

  2. In My Account select Order History and Details

  3. Under Order History, select your Order and click on Order Details

  4. Select items your wish to return by checking the box next to the item’s name and select quantity you wish to return.

  5. Add reason for return and the item(s) you wish to exchange the return for and click on MAKE AN RMA SLIP

  6. Track your returns under the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) menu.

  7. When the status changes to Waiting for Package, you can print the PDF Return slip and send it with the returns items back to us. The return slip will include the returns address.
